Privacy Policy

Effective Date: June 11, 2026

Applies to: Vyxor iOS app · vyxor.io website · Vyxor Enterprise

Published by: Vyxor LLC · San Diego, California

The Vyxor iOS app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal

data. All network monitoring, tracker classification, and pattern

analysis happens entirely on your device and never leaves it.

Vyxor LLC (“Vyxor,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a California limited liability company that builds privacy tools. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information across our three products:

  •

Vyxor iOS app — on-device network monitoring and tracker detection

vyxor.io website — our public website including the waitlist signup

form

Vyxor Enterprise — our managed-device deployment for

organizations (currently in development)

By using any Vyxor product you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please discontinue use.

1. Overview

The Vyxor iOS app does not collect, transmit, or share any personal data. All network monitoring, tracker classification, and pattern analysis happens entirely on your device and never leaves it.

2. Vyxor iOS App — What We Collect

2a. Data that stays on your device

The Vyxor app monitors DNS queries and network connections made by apps on your iPhone. All of the following data is stored locally in a SQLite database protected by iOS data protection (encrypted at rest), inside the Vyxor app group container and never transmitted to Vyxor or any third party:

This data is yours. We cannot see it, access it, or retrieve it. If you delete the app, it is deleted.

2b. Data we do not collect

We do not collect:

2c. VPN configuration

Vyxor uses Apple's Network Extension framework to see network activity on your device. This creates a local VPN configuration. The VPN is entirely local: no traffic is routed through Vyxor servers or anyone else's — your data takes the same path to the internet it always did. The profile exists only to let the app see the names of the servers your apps connect to, and it is turned off when you stop monitoring.

3. Vyxor Website — What We Collect

3a. Waitlist email addresses

If you submit your email address through our waitlist signup form at vyxor.io, we collect and store that address for the sole purpose of notifying you when the app is available for download. We do not share, sell, or use your email address for any other purpose.

We use Loops (loops.so) as our email service provider to process waitlist

submissions. Loops processes your email address on our behalf under their privacy policy, available at loops.so/privacy. Loops is contractually prohibited from using your email address for any independent purpose.

You may withdraw your waitlist registration at any time by emailing us at privacy@vyxor.io with the subject line “Remove from waitlist.” We will delete your email address within 10 business days.

3b. Standard web server logs

Our website host automatically logs standard server access data including IP addresses, browser type, referring URLs, and page views. This data is retained for up to 30 days for security purposes and is not

linked to any personal identity.

3c. Cookies

We do not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics on vyxor.io. If our hosting platform sets any functional cookies necessary to serve the site, they are strictly necessary and contain no

personal identifiers.

4. Vyxor Enterprise — What We Collect

Vyxor Enterprise is currently in development and not yet available. When it launches, this section will be updated to describe the data practices for that product in full before any enterprise deployment.

The current expectation is that Vyxor Enterprise will operate under a separate Data Processing Agreement with each enterprise customer, and that any network telemetry collected will be owned by and visible only to the deploying organization, not to Vyxor.

5. Legal Bases for Processing (CCPA / CalOPPA)

Vyxor LLC is a California company and complies with the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA).

Because the Vyxor app collects no personal information, CCPA rights (right to know, right to delete, right to opt out of sale) are not applicable to app data — there is nothing to disclose, delete, or opt out of.

For website data (waitlist email addresses), California residents have the

right to:

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@vyxor.io.

6. Data Retention

Vyxor app data: Retained locally on your device according to your subscription plan (7, 30, or 90 days). Lifetime domain statistics are retained until you delete the app.

Waitlist email addresses: Retained until you request removal or the product launches and the waitlist is no longer needed, whichever comes first.

Web server logs: Retained for up to 30 days, then automatically purged.

7. Children’s Privacy

Vyxor products are not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will delete it promptly. If you believe we may have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us at privacy@vyxor.io.

8. Security

We apply industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect the data we hold. App data is stored in an encrypted SQLite database in the Apple app group container, protected by iOS data protection. Waitlist email addresses are stored with our form provider and protected in accordance with their security program.

No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure. If you have security concerns, please contact us at privacy@vyxor.io.

9. Third-Party Services

The Vyxor app does not integrate any third-party SDKs, analytics services, advertising networks, or crash reporting tools. The app is intentionally free of the trackers it is designed to expose.

Our website is hosted on Figma Sites; Figma’s privacy policy is available at figma.com/privacy. Our waitlist is processed by Loops (loops.so); Loops’ privacy policy is available at loops.so/privacy. None of these

providers receive app data.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page. For material changes, we will provide notice through the app or website. Your continued use of Vyxor products after any change constitutes acceptance of the updated

policy.

The current version of this policy is always available at vyxor.io/privacy.

11. Contact Us
